We are an authentic, warm, and non-pathologising practice offering evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents (16+).

Our principal therapist, Aylin, is a Medicare registered therapist with a holistic, down-to-earth approach. She is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with a passion for providing inclusive, person-centred, trauma-informed mental health support. You can read more about her here!

Whether you're based in Essendon, elsewhere in Melbourne, or anywhere in Australia, we offer flexible in-person and telehealth sessions — perfect if you travel, work remotely, or prefer therapy from the comfort of home. We also provide sessions after 5pm on Fridays.
